Center for Spiritual Living-Fremont, CA Programs and Activities The Center for Spiritual Living -Fremont, CA has always attracted people with a variety of interests and talents. Over the years the center has been a place where unique programs have been developed that enhance the educational and spiritual growth of its members and guests. Most of these programs are sponsored, hosted and facilitated by graduates of the SOM (Science of Mind) classes. As the students in our classes explore and develop their individual power, they discover new ways to share their new found abilities. The following programs are just some of the ways we share with each other while on the path. Specific times, dates and topics can be found in our monthly newsletter, The Triune. Moon Circle-A Gathering of Women On the first Saturday of each month, from 10 am to 12:30 pm, the women of the Moon Circle meet in the Social Hall for fun, community and to explore a variety of topics. Hosted by women from the group as well as guest speakers, this gathering of women has enjoyed a number of interesting and often entertaining topics. All women are invited to attend. Bring a potluck dish to share for lunch. Check for specific programs and facilitators each month in our monthly newsletter, The Triune. Sun Circle-A Gathering of Male Power “The past week get you down? Need a place to fall? Wouldn’t it feel good to know your needs will be supported? We have a wonderful group of men attending the Sun Circle, who have a broad base of interests, background and wisdom, just On the second Sunday of each month, from 1:15 to 2:30 pm, the men of the Sun Circle meet in the room behind the Bookstore. Bring an article from a book, magazine, newspaper, etc. that touched you as being inspirational or that generated strong feelings, either positive or negative. We commit to support each other in a loving and and confidential manner. All men are welcome. Movie Night Join Rev. Andrea Scheib and the movie-goers once a month on a Friday evening as they explore the Doors open at 6:40 and the movie begins at 7 pm. Suggested love offering is $5.00. Watch for Movie Night movie titles each month in our monthly newsletter, The Triune. BOSS (Business Spiritual Support group) Developed by CEO and business owner Rev. Pam McClure-Roman, these people gather as a round table discussion group to support each other through the day to day events that shape today’s modern business environment. They explore the various ways to turn the ideas they have learned from their metaphysical studies into practical applications for success and growth.
We’ve covered topics including: eCommerce, Strategic Planning, Attracting the Right Customers, Courage, Developing Your Inner Voice, Shoestring Sales Strategy, and Bringing Spirituality into the Business of Counter terrorism. We’ve processed issues including finding a job, to dealing with a painful job situation, to reviewing a business start up plan. It’s truly amazing how much light and truth a group of spiritually minded people can shed on any situation or circumstance. Who is invited to BOSS? Everyone. If you’ve had many years of business experience, you’ll enjoy sharing your knowledge and integrating spiritual practice. If you’re new to the business world, you’ll learn valuable lessons. If you’re not in the business world, you’ll acquire a deeper understanding. Come, share, learn, network, and have fun with your business/spiritual friends. Hosted by member, Cathy Day Craft Day always has some wonderful creative projects going on.
Most Craft Days have materials/tools and training provided at no cost. Donations to the Center are always welcome. Usually held on the 3rd Saturday of every month. Specific dates and current projects can be found in our monthly newsletter, The Triune.
